Return Policy for Used OEM Parts

At Shaw's Moto House, we stand behind the used OEM parts we sell. If a part doesn't meet the condition described in the listing, we want to make it right.

Return Window

You may return any eligible part within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Condition Guarantee

Every part is inspected and graded before listing. If the part you receive does not match the condition described in the listing (e.g., condition grade, noted defects, or fitment details), we will issue a full.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return:

• Electrical components (stators, CDI boxes, coils, wiring harnesses)
• Engine cores and parts listed as "core" or "needs machining"
• Items explicitly marked "as-is" or "for parts/repair" in the listing

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the part was misrepresented or does not match the listed condition. In that case, Shaw's Moto House will cover return shipping.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your part with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll provide return instructions and a return address.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned part. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
