Return & Refund Policy-

At Shaw’s Moto House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window-

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date (based on the shipping confirmation date). Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns-

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Show no signs of wear, installation, or use

• Be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Installed or mounted parts

• Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling

Return Process

1. Contact us first by emailing Shawsmotohouse@gmail.com or using the contact form on our website within the 30-day window. Include your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.

3. Ship the item back at your own expense (buyer pays return shipping). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. The return must be received by us within 14 days of the return approval date.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs from the original order (outbound shipping) are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all approved returns. This helps cover processing and inventory costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we may cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion.
