We work hard to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

We currently offer domestic shipping only within the United States.

We ship via USPS or UPS, choosing the most reliable and cost-effective option based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Tracking Information

• A tracking number will be provided for every order.

• Tracking details will be automatically uploaded to your Shopify account and sent to the email address associated with your order as soon as the package ships.

• You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website (USPS or UPS).

Shipping Times

Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Please note that these are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier performance, weather, or other factors.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• Weight and dimensions of your order

• Shipping destination within the United States

Important Notes

• We do not ship internationally at this time.

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.

Delays & Lost Packages

In rare cases, shipments may experience delays. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
